How the Pho Station app for iPhone, iPad and Android handles your data.

Who we are

Pho Station is a game published by Titan International Trading Service Company Limited under the FunGameHouse brand. This policy covers the Pho Station apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. Questions: alexle@titanlabs.vn.

No account, your progress stays on your device

Pho Station has no sign-in. Your shop, gold, settings and language choice are saved only on your device. We do not run our own servers for the app and we do not receive your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your card or bank details. To confirm and restore purchases the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID generated on your device, the products you bought, transaction receipts, and basic device details such as the operating system, app version, country and IP address. RevenueCat processes this data for us only to deliver and restore purchases. See revenuecat.com/privacy.

Advertising

Watching a video ad is always optional and only happens when you tap a reward button. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt), IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads, in order to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland Google's consent message asks for your choice before the first ad; without consent you only get non-personalised ads. You can change tracking permission in your device settings at any time and reset or delete the advertising ID. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Buying No Ads Forever stops video ads entirely.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not use analytics or crash-reporting services in the app, and we do not share data with anyone except the providers above, who act on our behalf.

Children

Pho Station is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through an ad or purchase, contact us and we will help remove it.

Your choices and data requests

You can play without watching ads or buying anything. Because we keep no account data, most information can be removed by deleting the app. To ask about, access or delete data held by RevenueCat or Google for this app, or to exercise rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, email alexle@titanlabs.vn with your request; we answer within 30 days.
