Papercut Kite Council

An original papercut Dou Dizhu workshop: twelve repeatable 54-card commissions, fresh hands against two local computers, shared farmer victories, six lessons and equal cosmetic collections. No chips or wagers.

Your goal

Papercut Kite Council is an original fictional paper-kite workshop built around local three-player Dou Dizhu. Twill the hare, Snip the magpie, Fold the badger and Pom the hedgehog are freely chosen cosmetic hosts. Twelve repeatable full 54-card commissions, fresh shuffled hands against two local computers, Practice and six isolated lessons are included. There are no online rooms, human hot-seat mode, chat, chips, wagers or purchases.

Start your first session

Each player receives 17 cards and three kitty cards stay hidden. Pass or bid higher from 1 to 3; the winner takes the public kitty, becomes landlord and leads with 20 cards. The landlord wins alone; either farmer emptying a hand wins for both farmers, including a human partner still holding cards. Fourteen defined combination families, matching size and chain length, two-pass resets, Bombs and the two-joker Rocket follow the explicitly documented Kite Council house convention. The paper-flutter counter is display only. Three deterministic computer policies use their own hand and public roles, counts and plays, without an official strength rating.

A useful decision to practice

Select cards, inspect the combination and explicitly Play or Pass. Keyboard 0–3 bids, S plays, X passes, H selects a legal suggestion and P/Escape pauses; Tab and Enter/Space activate buttons. Each first saved commission team win adds 100 nonredeemable collection points once, capped at 1,200. Four equal borders, three keepsakes and the open-window ending unlock predictably. Repeats, restored results, Practice, Free and lessons add no points. Exact saves resume manually after interruptions; storage-quota work waits in the tab for Retry, while uncertain data is protected. Thirteen whole languages, original paper art and Scissors in Three synthesized music work locally. No energy, timed turns, prize transfers or streak penalty. Optional portal sign-in, leaderboard and ads require connectivity.
