Aniki Ramen guide: read the ticket, pour and serve

Aniki Ramen guide: read the ticket, pour and serve — themed illustration
AI-generated editorial illustration. Gameplay and rules are shown separately below.

To serve a ramen order in Aniki, choose the requested bowl size and broth, hold POUR until the fill reaches its target band, then add only the requested toppings and press SERVE. The order ticket is your checklist; matching the visible ingredients without matching their requested sequence can still produce a poor result.

Read the whole ticket before touching supplies

Choose Open for business! to begin. The starting counter offers small and large bowls, Tonkotsu and Shoyu broth, and toppings such as chashu pork, soft egg, scallions and nori. Other ingredients show level locks. Start with the current guest, rather than experimenting with an unavailable recipe.

Identify the bowl size first. Next read the broth and topping chips. The ticket and step indicator narrow your choices, so you do not need to memorize every later ingredient. A small bowl is not a substitute for a requested large bowl, even when the broth is correct.

Choose broth, then control the pour

Select the requested broth after selecting the bowl. The pour widget is a separate action: press and hold POUR, watch the rising fill and release in the highlighted band. A quick tap and an indefinitely held press produce different amounts.

Use the visible marker instead of counting a fixed number of seconds. Device performance, input timing and the current recipe can change how a guessed duration feels. On touch, lift your finger to stop; on a mouse, release the button. If the result is low or overfilled, note which side of the band you missed and make one timing adjustment next order.

Match toppings and check the finish

After the broth step, compare the requested toppings with the ingredient controls. Add the exact requested set. Extra ingredients are not automatically extra value: an unwanted egg or nori can make the order wrong. Look for completed ticket steps before using SERVE.

Here is a hypothetical practice ticket, not a guaranteed first customer: small bowl, Shoyu, soft egg and scallions. Choose Small bowl, choose Shoyu, complete the pour, add Soft egg and Scallions, then serve. For a second hypothetical ticket using Tonkotsu and Nori, keep the same process but change only the choices that the ticket changes. This makes it easier to isolate a pouring mistake from an ingredient mistake.

Balance accuracy against waiting guests

The game rewards careful, prompt service with quality results and can award tips and streak bonuses. Finish the active order's remaining step before scattering your attention across the counter. A single wrong choice made while rushing can cost more than the time saved by tapping blindly.

When you receive feedback, distinguish its cause: wrong bowl or broth means you need a ticket check; a poor pour means you need better release timing; unwanted toppings mean you need to stop selecting once the requested set is complete. Repeating the same hurried sequence without looking at the result will not fix it.

Stock and unlocked recipes

Morning decisions include buying stock and hiring crew. Check the supplies your current recipes actually consume. Bowls, broth and toppings are finite stock items. Keeping a useful ingredient available matters more than owning a broad collection of ingredients you cannot yet sell.

The counter expands beyond ramen as levels unlock rice and sushi dishes. Those recipes use different actions: shaping, pressing or rolling is not the ramen pour step. Read the active recipe's instructions when a new dish appears. This guide covers the starting ramen loop rather than every late-game service.

Quick questions

Can I play with touch instead of a mouse?

Yes. Tap supplies and hold the pour control. On a narrow screen, scroll or reposition the page if the serve bar sits below the visible counter.

Is this a recipe I can cook at home?

No. Ingredients and fill bands describe the game's order matching, not a food preparation method. Compare other cooking games, or use Food Tycoon for a timed kitchen-management loop.
